The free cookies and hot chocolate at check-in were a nice touch, and the location was great for exploring the natural attractions nearby. The indoor pool was warm and had a fun slide that my kids loved.

Unfortunately, our Christmas stay was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. The rooms were outdated and not very clean, which was disappointing. The continental breakfast was also below average, and we ended up going out to eat instead. the experience was underwhelming and lacked the holiday spirit we were hoping for.

The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the ease of check-in and check-out made the experience more enjoyable. The hotel also provided a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch and a great way to start the day.

were the noise levels. Unfortunately, we were located near a noisy area, which made it hard to sleep. Additionally, the hotel lacked soundproofing, and we could hear noise from adjoining rooms. Finally, the amenities in our room were not as expected, and the hotel failed to provide adequate compensation. our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, but these issues did detract from the experience somewhat.

Staying at this hotel was one of the best decisions I've made. The hotel facilities are outstanding - the water slide and indoor pool are top-notch. Additionally, the rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with nice shampoo and conditioner, a decent-sized refrigerator, and microwave without any extra charge. The hotel's location is outstanding; it is situated right across the freeway from many stores and restaurants. The staff is friendly, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Not one thing to complain about; my stay was perfect.

Location just next door to an interchange, several dining options in the area and activities and places.

This hotel's location close to Highway 90 made it easy for travelers to find after a long drive. Another advantage was the spacious rooms and friendly service. Those who wake up early can enjoy a beautiful view of the sunrise. Light sleepers appreciated the soundproof walls and peaceful atmosphere. There are several leisure facilities like a pool, hot tub, and water slide available for guests to enjoy.

Tbh, had a comfortable stay on our road trip. It was fairly clean with helpful and welcoming staff. Had excellent drinks in the karaoke bar.

Clean property, helpful and welcoming staff. Elegant superior queen room, good beds. Favourable location in a great area adjacent to the tourist spots and restaurants and restraunts. For tea or coffee visit Pacific Rim Cafe nearby.

It was fairly clean, I would come here again. It was truly a very nice stay on vacation, the hotel met needs. The staff members were all amazing and accommodating.

It was in an unbeatable and magnificent location minutes from Hideaway Casino. Bars and restaurants were next to the place.

Had a fairly nice stay on our road trip & will be back. We liked this hip new hotel, nothing too much trouble. Also, location was convenient, not too far from Rushmore Mall. Further, it was short walk to Rapid City, an interchange, and restaurants. Everything was fantastic, though a few employees were horrible.

This hotel was comfortable place for exploring Rapid City, loved it. The management was helpful, as well as the staff.

The staff was pleasant and everything was great, we had a nice stay. Its location was central, close to Hideaway Casino.

Perfect room with a bed that's good for your back, and great pool. Location so close to an interchange and shopping places and restraunts.

20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located to all the area attractions.
