Warning, you might fall in love!

During our recent stay, we encountered a few hiccups, but the cheerful staff turned things around by promptly upgrading our room. The spacious Superior Queen Room was a cozy retreat, offering comfort after a day of exploration. The pool area provided excitement, but the outdated ambiance reminded us of simpler times. Definitely worth considering again!

The waterslide was a hit with the kids, plus the spacious rooms made it comfy for our family gatherings.

The hotel was perfect for exploring Rapid City, with the beautiful Roosevelt Park just a short 2 km stroll away and vibrant Downtown only 3 km away, making my weekend city adventures super easy and enjoyable.

Spacious, cozy room with comp passes for the pool and slide! Perfect for a refreshing plunge before hitting the road.

Just a heads up: the dark hallways felt like a ghost story waiting to happen!

I highly recommend trying out the room service for late-night snacks! The only downside was that the decor felt a bit dated, but it didn't ruin our fun. 😊

It was just a good match for a short interlude in Rapid City with good price value. The pool area was nice, and we enjoyed bringing drinks from the bar into the pool. Make sure to check that everything is stocked in your room.

The hotel's proximity to I-90 allowed for easy travel to various business locations in Rapid City.

I had a really enjoyable time with my family here. The indoor pool was a major hit, especially with the long waterslide that kept the kids entertained for hours. The staff was friendly and made the check-in easy. I do think the lighting in the rooms could be brighter to enhance the overall atmosphere.

the grand gateway was a decent stay for my family. the kids loved the water slide, and it’s super convenient having a gas station right at the edge of the parking lot. the desk clerks were really nice and helpful, which made our check-in process smooth.

the tub didn't have a grab bar , but the indoor pool was fun with a slide and the free breakfast had decent options like waffles. the beds were super comfy and we loved having a mini fridge in the room.
